The Right-of-Way land south of Mariposa Street and the corner of San Bruno Avenue is overgrown. This area is fire prone when the season is dry (NOW). The chainlink fence has been cut open and vagrants have been obvserved entering with bikes. Camping is almost always associates with fire, so the homes touching this area are at RISK. The overgrown plants need to be removed.
