Neighbors from Northwest Potrero have joined together to understand and address the transient camping problem in our neighborhood. We want to understand why city services are not able to provide for folks who are unable to care for themselves and determine how we can help to change the paradigm.

Campers on Caltrans Right-of-Way
Neighbors on San Bruno Avenue took a walk in the Caltrans right-of-way to see what was happening there. Motivated by fires close to the homes that border the right-of-way as well as package theft from porches in the area, they walked and photographed the area.
