Once again neighbors from San Bruno Group and Neighbors from MUNA joined together to spruce up the parks and bridge. The work is getting easier, as mulch keeps the weeds down and those that do pop up don’t get a chance to dig their roots down into soil. We removed scraggly artemisia and lavender plants and will replace them in August. We worked on the San Bruno side by removing ivy and pruning plants in the planters. At the end we enjoyed Goat Hill Pizza in the shade of the community garden.
